Staysound Qld Pty Ltd, was established in 1979 on Australia's Gold Coast which is renowned for its thoroughbred racing industry. Today, through its continued Research and Development program, the company stands as a leading Australian producer of quality equine performance supplements.
The founder, Mr. Ken Waterford was based at the Gold Coast Turf Club as a trainer for over 40 years. He began his successful career as a jockey. With his broad knowledge and expertise gained over many years, Ken was able to identify the need for treatments that satisfy the demands of the equine industry.
Ken's Son, Shaun Waterford, has now taken over the reins of Staysound. He is the 5th generation of the Waterford family heavily involved in the equine disciplines and industry.
